Forest Bathing
A walking meditation with Emmi McAdams, Certified Forest Therapy Guide

Nature is calling and that still small voice is inviting you outside in order to connect more deeply inside.

Absorbing the Earth energies, breathing the fresh air and taking in the color green is deeply healing. Join us on Saturday morning to experience how Earth energies help you tune into your authentic self. You don't need to be in shape to participate. It's not about distance. It's about connection. RSVP by clicking the button below so Emmi can give you the exact location.

The location is St. James Farm on Winfield and Butterfield Roads in Warrenville. Park in the lot. Bring a water bottle and whatever you need to be comfortable for the walk. Arrive a few minutes early so you can find the group and be ready to walk at 9am. Emmi will have tea and light snacks available at the end of the walk. For specific meeting directions, RSVP below.

ABOUT EMMI

Emmi McAdams is a certified forest therapy guide and passionate advocate for the healing power of nature. With over a decade of experience in mindfulness practices, Emmi discovered the transformative effects of shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing," while being guided on her first walk at the Morton Arboretum.

Since then, she has dedicated her life to helping others reconnect with the natural world through guided nature immersion experiences. Emmi has led nature bathing walks in local parks and forests, teaching participants to engage their senses and cultivate a deeper relationship with the environment and themselves. Her nature bathing walks encourage individuals to slow down, unplug, and rediscover their innate connection to the natural world.
